The foam is wearing in this really interesting way where it kind of gets a little bit furry, which is a weird way to describe it, but that’s how it looks and that’s about it. The Yeezy Slide is one of the most comfortable shoes in my entire collection. Some people go up a full size, some people go true to size, but I went true to size. But the EVA foam used in the midfoot of the Yeezy Slide is incredibly soft, incredibly cushy, and it bounces back really nicely.
So, if you fall in between half sizes, you can just size up to the nearest whole size. But if your true to size is a whole size, I would still suggest sizing up to the next whole size unless you wear these with no socks. But it seems like both these colorways are on the same kind of sizing model. Every shoe release seems to feel a little different and so it might be a bit difficult to find your perfect fit every time. Plus, the Slides come in whole sizes only, which makes it even more confusing. Limited-release Yeezy Slides can retain or increase in value over time yeezy slides, especially for colorways that are no longer in production.
You can spot the difference in the thickness of each line relatively easily. Any authenticator using the shape alone as enough of a reference to determine its authenticity isn’t telling the truth. All in all, sizing on the Yeezy Slides has always been all over the place.
